Who am I?

That’s the most difficult simple question I can think of. The short answer is: it depends on who’s asking. I’m a son, dad, husband, friend, guy posting online.

I’m 33 years old, and I was born and grew up in Romania. I spent some time traveling and living abroad in my 20’s, but ultimately settled back home.

When I was about 11, I logged in to the internet. I haven’t logged out since.

In 2006 I started this tech blog and loved the experience so much that I’ve been involved in online projects ever since. I’ve written in hundreds of blogs, spent years in forums and chatrooms, and despite graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering and working in the field for a few years, I eventually gravitated to a career of building online projects and managing remote businesses. I’ve worked in project and operations management since 2015.

I am, paradoxically, a hyper organized lazy person. I thrive on structure, as it allows me to be efficient so I have time to slack off or do what I love. I’ve been researching productivity both as a hobby and as a means of procrastination for more than a decade, and applying it to my ever-growing system.

I love reading and learning. I am passionate about history, life, science, productivity, business, philosophy, health, … and the list goes on. I sometimes write about these things, too. Check out what I write, and let me know what you think.
